Landlord's fees

MAK Property Services offers three distinct fee structures.

The first is Tenant Sourcing, which involves identifying a suitable tenant through a comprehensive background check. Rent Management and Full Management services are exclusive to this fee model.

In Rent Management, we handle rent collection, while the landlord takes care of overall management.

With Full Management, we oversee all aspects, including minor maintenance tasks, providing comprehensive support for property owners.
